Your collection has meaning again. GODSGLOOM is a free, miniature-agnostic tabletop wargame: you play it in person with any 28-32mm models you already own, from any range or manufacturer. No new army to buy, no painting required, and proxies are welcome.

How it works: the GLOOMBASE and archetypes

Two simple ideas make any collection playable. First, the GLOOMBASE - a free, 3D-printable hex adapter that sits under your existing models and turns a tray of 1-4 miniatures into a single in-game unit. Second, universal archetypes: instead of brand-specific stat lines, you map your models to archetypes such as a ranked legion, a swarming horde, an unliving host, monsters or heroes. Your specific miniatures provide the look; the archetype provides the rules.

Because archetypes are universal, two players with completely different collections can face off on a fair, balanced battlefield.

Why it stays fair

GODSGLOOM is a living game. Its balance is maintained over time inside the companion app, so no single faction or model is left behind. The exact, current unit options live in the app - you build your roster there, and it stays up to date automatically.
